Handling of Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item. We will promptly arrange for the return, exchange, or refund of the item.

Regular Delivery Fee: $40: For orders below $500 within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), a standard delivery fee of $40 will apply. This fee covers the cost of secure packaging, efficient handling, and timely shipping to your designated address.

Delivery Timeframe: We strive to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the product selected.

Shipping Areas: Currently, we offer shipping within the GTA area. For areas outside this region, please contact our customer service team for more information.
