You may cancel your order before confirming the final design. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.

If the damage is not caused by shipping, we will issue an exchange or refund.

If your cups are misprinted, incorrect in quantity, leaking, or otherwise defective, we will reproduce the affected items after verification.

1. All blank (non-printed) items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged.

2. Production time for blank items is typically 3–5 business days.

We accept PSD, AI, PDF, and PNG formats. Vector files are preferred. If a vector file is not provided, our team may need to redraw your design, which could delay production.

Yes, we can match Pantone colors, but please note that colors may appear slightly different due to screen display variations.

Yes, samples are free, but you will need to cover the shipping cost.

We accept Credit Card, Email Transfer, ACH, and EFT payments.

1. For Canadian customers, tax is applied based on the destination province of the shipment.
2.  For U.S. orders, all shipments are tax-exempt.

No, our plastic cups are not affected by the ban, as they do not meet all the criteria outlined in the Government of Canada's Single-Use Plastics Prohibition Regulations. Our products are compliant and remain available for sale within Canada.

Our cups are made from materials and in forms that are not classified as prohibited under the current regulation. We continuously monitor regulatory updates to ensure all of our products meet environmental and legal standards.

“SUP foodservice ware prohibited by the Regulations includes any plastic manufactured item that meets all 3 of the criteria above (a, b and c).
Our cups are not impacted by these regulations as they do not fit all of the above criteria.
