How It Works
1. Choose Your Cups
Select the available cup style, size, and quantity that best fits your business or event.
2. Start Your Design
Open our online cup designer and upload your logo, artwork, images, or text.
3. Customize Online
Adjust the size, position, background, colours, and layout of your design. Available design areas and printing options depend on the selected cup.
4. Review Your Preview
Use the online preview to check the overall appearance, positioning, and scale of your artwork.
5. Order Directly
Save your completed design, add it to your cart, and complete checkout online. No separate quotation request is required.

The online preview is a visual guide. Printed colours may vary slightly from the colours displayed on a phone or computer screen because of differences in screen settings, cup materials, and printing processes.
Lead Time
Within 4 weeks after your completed order, final design, and payment have been submitted.
Orders are processed according to the current production queue. Lead time refers to the time required to prepare the order for pickup or dispatch. Delivery and carrier transit time may be additional.
Pickup & Delivery
Available pickup, local delivery, and carrier shipping options are displayed at checkout based on the selected products and delivery address.
Final delivery availability, pricing, and estimated carrier transit times are calculated during checkout.
Self-Service or Full-Service?
PickCups is recommended for customers who are comfortable creating and reviewing their own cup design online.
PickCups does not include one-on-one design consultation as part of the standard self-service ordering process.

For the best printing results:
· Vector AI, PDF, or SVG files are recommended
· High-resolution PNG files are also accepted
· Use CMYK colours whenever possible
· Raster artwork should be approximately 300 DPI at the intended print size
· Convert fonts to outlines when submitting vector artwork
· Keep important logos and text inside the indicated safety area
· Avoid very small text or extremely thin lines
· Confirm that transparent areas and backgrounds appear as intended
Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or incorrectly sized artwork may affect the final printing result.
